Unfortunately, Made by Bays does not have a phone line at this time.
 
All custom orders have an initial fee of 25$. This includes custom lengths, and sizes (Choose custom under sizes). Any additional customizing will be priced accordingly. 
 
There are no refunds. All cancellations must be done within the one business. 
We can only accept order changes if we have not started on your order.
The exchange policy on unworn items is 14 days.
 
we do not take any responsibility for any orders that are not picked up within 30 days.
 
Custom orders can not be exchanged or refunded. If additional customizing is needed, there will be a fee.
 
Orders are only processed, once the payment is received.
 
PROCESSING TIME 
 
Due to the handmade nature of every item, please be patient with us.
If the product you ordered is in stock, the processing time is 5-10 business days.
For customized orders  (anything other than standard size or length) please allow 10-15 business days.
During the months of May through August, the processing time can be up to 20 days business days

CONSULTATIONS
 
The cost for a private consultation is $50.00 and are 30 minutes long. Purchases over $500.00 include a free consultation.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on our consultations. All cancellation made within 24 hours will be charged $20.00.
 

BAYS RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY 

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. Please note: due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be very slight variations in some items.

We do not accept returns.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Purchases with an additional discount or promotion code are a final sale and will not be accepted for return, exchange, or store credit.

Items must be unwashed and not altered in any way in order to be accepted for exchange or credit. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange not due to an incorrect or damaged item; however, we will ship your replacement at no additional change.

Gift cards are final sale.

We do not offer price adjustments.

OUR QUALITY PROMISE

If there is a problem with a product or an error on your order, e-mail [email protected] and we will assist you. If we’ve sent you the wrong or a damaged item, we will take care of return shipping and ship a replacement at no additional charge to you.
  

TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Send the items in the original packaging. We suggest using a carrier that provides tracking, we don't take responsibility for lost or damaged shipments.

Once the item is received, we will process a new order for your exchange and ship it at no cost to you. If the new item is a higher price, we will contact you for additional payment. If you request an exchange for an out of stock item or the item is a lower price, we will issue you a store credit.

Store credits expire one year from purchase date and cannot be used during the months of May till September
